Model drawing is an essential tool to a child’s performance in Math at primary level. It is used to explain mathematical concepts, help a child visualise a problem statement for better understanding and of course, to aid in the process of solving a sum.
At the P2 Model Drawing Workshop your child will experience effective learning on the Must-Haves Skills for fluency in model-drawing.
This workshop is designed to build students' fundamentals on the core topics that needs further reinforcement and strengthening. These core topics which most students find hard to understand and apply are critical to your child’s progress and performance leading up to the PSLE.
Patterns, Geometry, Area of Triangle, Composite Figures – these topics can make up as much as 40% of the weightage in the PSLE.
With these questions so commonly seen in examinations, it is critical that your child has the ability to rotate, transform and manipulate two or three-dimensional figures mentally to arrive at the solution.
