In my opinion, all are acceptable but addition/omission of certain words can make an answer more concise.
1. I prefer your answer. My reasons below.
1800: The word "has" is repeated.
Road to PSLE: Article "a" is omitted.
Thus, I prefer your suggested answer. In this context, another possible answer will be similar to yours but with the word "has" coming before "not only".
2. I prefer your answer because of the inclusion of the article "the" but as mentioned, this inclusion is not critical to the meaning.
3. I prefer your answer because "say" is preferred to "saying" but again this does not detract significantly from the meaning.
In addition, another variation of your answer can be "...examinations, I am pleased." which is basically the 1800 answer with "saying" replaced with "say".
