I am confused when to use will or shall. I read from the English grammar guide book and it stated that for "I" & "We" to use "shall" and others pronoun or noun to use "will". I read from the website both can use. Anyone can help me to clear my doubt. Thank you

Today, most people are using 'will' and 'shall' interchangeably especially those influenced by American English ie books and the like. However, there is a difference in their original and current meaning. This is the 'best article' I could find - I say 'best article' because best is influenced by the amount of time I have this morning to read the different articles
