In this question. There are two possible answers. Heard is a verb of perception. This question is testing on Verbs of perception. Please look it up on the net as there are clearer explanations. The proper answer would be Yell and Yelling.

after "hear", should use a verb or gerund. Here, it is best to use gerund "yelling". So answer is 4.
