Lukas and justin share a sum of money . Lukas had $50 more than Justin. Lukas gave $84 to Justin had thrice as much money as Lukas. When Mother gave Justin some money, the amount of money Justin had in the end became $200. How much money did Mother give Justin? :dry:

Okay, for this question, we must work out the difference after Lukas gave $84 to Justin.
1.Take (84-50)*2=68 68+50=118 --> 2U
2.1U --> 118 * 0.5 = 59
3.3U --> 59 *3 = 177
4.200-177=23

$84+($84-$50)=$118(2u)
($118/2)x3=$177(amt of money justin had b4 mother gave him money)
$200-$177=$23(amt of money mother gave Justin)
