I need help in my school homework!!!
Question :
Shi Min has a bag of oranges and a bag of apples. The number of oranges is twice the number of apples. Shi Min removes 4 oranges and 3 apples from the bags each time. After a few rounds, there are 258 oranges and 2 apples left. What is the total number of oranges and apples Shi Min has at first?

Let x be the no. of rounds.4x+258=2x3x+2.therefore 2x=254 then x=127 Ans:1149
