For this you can combine Internal Transfer with Gap and Difference

X gives Y 10 sweets
X : Y
4 : 1

X gives Y 20 sweets
X : Y
3 : 1

In both cases X gives to Y and therefore, we have an Internal Transfer situation. So let's write this as

At first
X : Y
4 : 1 (Total 5units)
16 : 4 (Total 20units)

At End
3 : 1 (Total 4units)
15 : 5 (Total 20units)

Change in X is 1unit
1unit --> change between scenarios --> 10sweets
They have 20units --> 200 sweets
