IF I HAVE 2 SLICES OF BREAD X AND Y. IF I TOAST BRAED X AND LEAVE Y ALONE BUT ADDED SOME WATER ON IT. WHICH BREAD WILL HAVE CHANGES? THERE ARE SOME BLACK SPOTS ON IT. WHAT ARE THEY?

Bread Y has black spots on it. Theses black spots are moulds

Water has been added to Bread Y and it is moist.
By toasting bread X we have reduced the moisture content of bread X

Moulds strive in wet humid conditions.
