Please help.

CHIJ

Q34c) From the experiment above, what can you conclude about the air that is breathed out and the surrounding air? [1]

Worksheet answer: Both types of air contain carbon dioxide.

My answer: The air breathed out contains more carbon dioxide than the surrounding air.

Is my answer acceptable?

Q37b) What material could object C be made of?

Worksheet answer: It could be made of magnetic materials.

My answer: Steel

Is my answer acceptable.

Question. May I know whether surrounding air will turn limewater chalky?

TIA.

Q34c)

Worksheet answer: Both types of air contain carbon dioxide.

My answer: The air breathed out contains more carbon dioxide than the surrounding air.

Is my answer acceptable?

In this experiment, the conclusion is that surrounding air and the air we breathe out has carbon-dioxide.
If the experiment was set-up such that
set-up A: surrounding air is passed to lime water.
set-up B: air breathed out by snails is passed to lime water.
q

The limewater in setup-B turns chalky faster than the lime water in setup-A. In this case the conclusion is "air breathed out has more carbon-dioxide than surrounding air"

Q37b) What material could object C be made of?

Worksheet answer: It could be made of magnetic materials.

My answer: Steel

Is my answer acceptable.

Since most of the questions are trying to test conceptual understanding, it is better to answer "It could be made of magnetic materials for e.g., steel".

Question. May I know whether surrounding air will turn limewater chalky?
yes.
