Answer given is 3. But when in question given identical ramps, I ruled out the option 3. Can anybody help me answer with explanation.

I dont think its 3, because they stated " IDENTICAL RAMPS", meaning everything is the same. How can it be "3" when they say one surface is rougher than the other? I think its 2, cos if the magnet is stronger, the attraction force is harder, thus it will take a longer time.
