Thus far, the feedback has shown a preference for weekdays do the logistics. We have previously, and will still considering alternatives such as weekends and/or evenings if there is a mass of parents who show interest in these times.

For weekends it would need to happen over two Saturday mornings, say 8am to 12am, when parents typically ferry the kids around. During the evening, would need to start around 6pm and end at 10pm over two days. Neither one of these options has shown great enthusiasm

Do let us know if you have a group of parents who would be willing to attend during these times.
