The Oodles Learning team believes that once a learner is engaged positively with the right guidance, encouragement and support, their potential will be unleashed, and performance will naturally follow. While Oodles Learning coaches are stringently selected, trained and tested, it’s their love, passion and dedication that distinguishes Oodles Learning from other Math learning centres.
There are three onSponge Math programmes exclusively available at Oodles Learning centres: the PosicleMath programme, which sparks the curiosities of Primary 1 students through experiential learning to nurture their appreciation of and love for Mathematics; our flagship +hinkingMath programme for Primary 2 to 6 students, which develops their conceptual, critical and logical thinking in mathematics along with essential problem sum solving skills; and the PaceUP programme, which prepares our secondary-level students for junior college and the higher demands of tertiary education.
Oodles Learning offers parents the chance to perform a free diagnostic test to assess their child’s competency in Math and discover where improvement is needed.
The PopsicleMath programme gives Primary 1 students a grounding in Mathematics, stimulating their natural curiosities through experiential learning. The programme goes beyond traditional Math schooling methods with 50% of the curriculum featuring hands-on learning. Children use practical tasks to learn how Math theories work and how to apply them in daily life.
Continuing Primary 2 to 6 students’ development, the +hinkin gMath programme introduces conceptual thinking and the skills to fully understand and solve problem sums. As our flagship programme, +hinkingMath is used widely in schools and was designed by educational experts to give students the best possible chance of success in exam conditions. In 2021, the +hinkingMath Plus was launched to increase the students’ competency in Paper 1 questions through online delivery every fortnightly under strict time duration.
The PaceUP programme prepares secondary Math students for the demands of junior college and tertiary education. A deeper level of understanding and breadth of problem-solving skills are required to succeed at secondary-level math. The PaceUP programme is designed to equip students with the ability to confidently tackle more advanced exam questions.
